Most of my work is wildlife. Although I do other genres.

My preference is North American predators. The favorite being gray wolves. My love for wolves goes back to when I was a boy, I have always found them fascinating. Having shot at various locations, I have found the choice location for photographing wolves, grizzlies, and other large animals is Yellowstone.

Some of my publishing credits include:

National Geographic Television, Wolf Print Magazine, National Geographic Children's Books, Endangered Species Coalition, American Scientist Magazine, National Wolfwatcher Coalition, International Wolf Magazine, Wolves of The Rockies, Huffington Post, Indian Country Today, Newsy.com (online news), Spektrum der Wissenschaft (German Science Magazine), Center for Biological Diversity... Other publications include numerous conservation groups and organizations throughout the US and Europe, in addition to book and magazine publications in the US, Germany, Australia, and the UK.

I am self taught and have been pursuing photography for about sixteen years. It has become a passion of mine. For more on me, visit the About page.

Sit back and relax with your favorite drink and enjoy a slideshow or two... All slideshows are full screen!

After reading American Wolf: A True Story of Survival and Obsession in the West, I had to see images of "0-6". Yours are stunning! I have been to Yellowstone several times photographing in the Lamar Valley and had the privilege this year of seeing the Wapiti pack on a bison kill. It was incredible to watch these magnificent animals. Thank you so much for your photos! I have them bookmarked and will look at them frequently.

Thank you so much for all your beautiful pictures and memories of the wolves of Yellowstone ❤️

Thank you so much for your slide show. What joy it was to revisit Yellowstone and recognize so many places I've been ... and attempted photos that you so successfully achieved. Although ... where were the wolves? And, the bison ... oh how I loved seeing those magnificent creatures.

Anyway, thanks for sharing!

Incredible photos of Yellowstone's wildlife! Like you, I love visiting Yellowstone, although winter is my favorite time. And, like you, I have a passion for wolves and Yellowstone is the best place to photograph them in the wild. Maybe one of these days I will see you there.

Nice to have met you at the Los Angeles County Arboretum on Monday, May 25, 2015 "Memorial Day"! We share a common passion in nature photography! While I am into bird images, I do occasionally do macro images of insects, and flowers. Like myself, you share your interest in photography with your spouse! I wish you and your wife "Happy Traveling"!
